We are embarking on an ambitious program to update and enhance our existing products, expand our markets, and develop new product lines. As part of our growth plans, we currently have an opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a technical leadership role.

Working primarily in .NET (C#) you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle including architecture, design, implementation and test. This is a small team environment so you will have the opportunity to influence the technical direction of our software development as well as provide leadership and guidance to other software developers.

We are building a small, but highly skilled team, so you will need to have solid experience with contemporary software development techniques including agile methods, architectural and design patterns, componentization, automated test, continuous integration, as well as techniques for rapid prototyping. Extensive experience in .NET (C#) is essential, preferably with hands on experience with both web applications and WinForms user interfaces.

Team leadership experience will be an advantage, and the potential exists for a formal Team Lead role for the right candidate.
