We've been pleased to be a member of Ontario's Energy Association since 2005.

WHAT IS THE OEA?

The 200-member Ontario Energy Association (OEA) is Ontario's premier energy trade organization.

The OEA represents firms involved in the transmission, distribution and marketing of natural gas, and the generation, transmission, distribution and marketing of electricity across Ontario.

WHY ARE WE A MEMBER?

Our company was established in 2000 to make the electricity market understandable, to a wide range of people (not just the direct wholesale market incumbents).  We see that, in some small way, by providing this service we can help the electricity market to deliver the benefits promised to all of us.

Since 2000, our client base has grown steadily for a range of software products we've put together for Australia's National Electricity Market (NEM).

In mid-2002 we released a new software package (ez2view^TMOntario) to provide a similar service to market participants and observers, in and around Ontario.  The service has been progressively enhanced since that time, and we've been pleased to serve a diverse range of clients over the period (including some OEA members).

We're a member of the OEA for a variety of reasons - including the fact that our membership provides us one avenue to stay on top of the issues of most concern to OEA members (and hence to our clients).
