We maintain a range of information about you for the purposes of being able to serve you more effectively:
- Our secure site uses the gr-ID identification system that enables us to uniquely identify each user to know how to deliver your products, and provide you the support you require;
- We collect email addresses of clients, or potential clients, who communicate to us via email or other means in order that we can make these people aware of how we can be of assistance.
Information Not Handled
Should you choose to make payment by credit card, global-roam uses ANZ eGate™, which employs 128 bit encryption on all data flows.
All such payments are made directly on the ANZ's secure server – as such, all processing of credit card numbers is done directly by the ANZ Bank and global-roam does not receive, process or store credit card numbers.
Use of Information
The gr-ID information you provide us is used to:
- Process your application/order;
- Deliver your product; and
- Provide you any support that you require; and
- On occasions (unless you requested otherwise), to notify you of updates to our product range that we believe will be of interest to you.

We provide the facility for you to update your own gr-ID information from our secure site. We encourage you to maintain these records up-to-date to ensure no delays in the delivery of your chosen products, or in the provision of support.
