NEM-Watch
Let me start by noting that we have compiled an extensive description of the NEM-WatchTM software package, which is available on its own product portal at the following address:

Please click through to the address above to learn so much more about how you can benefit from your own copy of NEM-Watch.
The description below provides a brief introduction...
First released in 2000, and progressively enhanced each year based on feedback received from and increasingly broad range of happy NEM-Watchers, our software NEM-Watch could be your way to gain a clear view of how the market is currently operating, no matter where you are around the NEM (or, indeed, around the world).
NEM-WatchTM is installed software that provides live, automated updates of market data
- from NEMMCO, but also (in the one package) from other sources relevant to the market:
1) Weather data, from the Bureau of Meteorology;
2) WEPI data, from d-cyphaTrade;
3) Water storage levels (from many different sources) for key hydro/thermal water
storages across the country.
This data is updated automatically over any internet connection and displayed on a clear geographical interface.
Hence, you can use NEM-Watch to enhance your understanding of the current
market conditions, including
1) How heavily the interconnectors are loaded;
2) Which regions have shortages (or surpluses) of capacity in each 5-minute
dispatch interval;
3) A NEM-wide Instantaneous Reserve Plant Margin (IRPM), which
is an excellent non-price-based indicator of the balance between supply and
demand.
4) You can also see trends in price and demand, of course!
5) You can even configure NEM-Watch to alert you when the market produces
an event of note.
For more information about the software, including:
